Troubleshooting and support
Start with the guide for the affected feature. Keep a backup of the database and plugin files before updates, template resets or removal.
An event is missing
Check whether the event is published, whether its dates match the selected window, and whether calendar, venue or organizer filters exclude it. Check the event timezone and the intended occurrence for recurring events.
Personal Calendar records use their dedicated signed-in display. They should not appear in public event lists, maps or Compass search.
An integration is not working
Review the shared connection under CalendarWP > Options > Integrations, then the add-on's own usage settings. A successful connection test does not prove an import, payment, email or AI answer completed.
For delayed imports and background jobs, check WordPress Cron and the displayed job status. For bookings, inspect the existing booking and payment status before submitting again. For Compass, compare ordinary Search with Ask Compass and retain the question sequence that produced the problem.
Prepare a useful report
- Record the core and add-on versions, the feature involved, what you expected and what happened.
- Write short steps that reproduce the problem. Use test data where possible.
- Open CalendarWP > Options > Tools > Diagnostics and download the built-in report.
- Review the report and screenshots before sharing them through the support channel supplied with your purchase or test invitation.
Never include API keys, purchase codes, secret calendar addresses, private attendee information or complete booking self-service links. Report security and unintended private-content visibility problems privately, not in a public comment or FAQ.
During this release-candidate phase, use the contact that supplied your test access. The final public support destination will be listed here when available.
